I would just make sure that you take a good look at the apartment because once you are in them they will not correct the problems. I apartments are very out dated and you can tell it has been painted over and over after each tenant since they were build. The heat does not work in the apartment and I had to have aleast three blankets all winter and when I told them about it they kept saying they don't have that problem in there apartment and maybe I should get a heater for my room. I was new to the area and really didn't know the area so I took the first apartment I came across and that was a big mistake.

I agree with this review, RENTER BEWARE when it comes to this apartment complex, especially dealing with Mike Herald Management (their management company). The rental office seems nice and updated, but the actual units are not at all updated like that. Many still have stock cabinets,and other fixtures.
