I spent a wonderful year living at Fountainhead. I lived in one of their penthouses and it was huge! I absolutely loved my big closet and the washer/dryer in the unit. My neighbors in my building as well as those in surrounding buildings were awesome. I got to know quite a few people and it felt like a family.

The area with the little creek and pond was gorgeous. I always loved taking my dog there for walks in the spring. Speaking of dogs, all the dog owners around seemed to take good care of their pets and most did their best to clean up after them.

The management is absolutely phenomenal! The property manager always looked out for her residents. She knew them all by name and she did everything that she could to make her residents happy. She even came by and let my dog out during her lunch break when my dog was a puppy.

The maintenance is super fast. I had a washer that overflowed a couple times and maintenance was at my doorstep within minutes. They also always kept the grounds pretty and were always putting salt down in the winter early in the mornings so it would be clear in time for people to go to work. The management even painted the space between our kitchen cabinets white because my boyfriend and I hated the color brown.

The only con I have about the place is the air conditioner that is obnoxiously loud. I thought I would get used to it but never did. I just compensated by sitting on the other side of the room. The apartments are older but they are still nice.

All in all, I wish I could go back there! I only left because I went to live with my parents to save some money but will absolutely consider living in Fountainhead again in the future.
