For me it comes down to value...the biggest bang for my buck. I have lived here 4 years, during this time my rent has remained the same. I have also seen the same faces in the office for the most part. They are familiar with me, my family, and I honestly feel the look out for my well-being. Maintenance is quick and friendly (it is not uncommon to have a Coke and shoot-the-crap when my service requests are complete). I have lived in a few communities...Fox Club is the best value all around!
