I have lived @ Fox Club for 4 1/2 years and for a 30 year old property it is not maintained to bad, I mean there are some things that could be done a little better,But for the price i can complain and as far as the cars getting broke into i have over $2,200 is radio equipment in my car and have never had any problems and leave my car doors unlocked most of the time,As far as maint goes i have never ever had any problems they will come help me hang pictures if i ask, my neighbor is elderly and they come all the time and take her trash out for her,But like i said the property is a great friendly place to live and would not move unless i buy a house,,
