We have lived at Fox Club for five years now. The people who have been posting comments about the changes in ownership and the resulting changes in the complex have it all wrong. The new owners got rid of the office people and the maintenance men who were selective about who got service. With these people gone, the quality of service you receive is much better, - especially in teh maintenace department.

Our apartment is very large for the price we pay and we have no desire to move. It is true that sometimes there ARE problems - but my husband and I have never lived in a complex where there were not the occasional problems. Diligence is the responsiblity of the renter - and it usually works.

The main reasons we moved in and then chose to stay are: private entrances and mailboxes, large apartments, ability to paiont and redecorate, as well as the benefits offfered through contests and simple tasks that only need to be taken advantage of to reap the rewards.

When we first moved in the management staff was completely different, and we loved the woman who was in charge. The staff has changed three times in the following years and we have to say that even through one horrible woman who ran the complex (and is now gone) - Spencer James has been so wonderfully helpful and always willing to stop and figure things out.

Well I have been here five years also and maybe if Spencer were still here things might be better....but it is horrible now, maintenance, HA! what a joke...everytime they have a desent, honest person working for them..they find some dumb reason to get rid of them...this place is a joke
