It is a very noisy place to live you can hear everything going on outside with you windows closed and you can hear everything that goes on in the apartments around your apartment, you are not able to sleep at night. When you try to drive down the street and there are kids out playing or so the say the little ghetto ass kids will not get out of your way at all. Plus there are never any places to park around your apartment because everybody always has a ---- load of there friends over that take up all the parking spaces. Maintenance is horrible. They just take forever to come and fix things, one of the toilet in our apartment just kept running and running and we call the emergancy maintenance number and when we talked to the lady she was like you live in a two bathroom apartmnet right and i was like yes and she said well it isnt an emergancy and you will have to call back on monday morning and i called her on a friday night, we had to turn the water off to the toilet. When i called them on monday and told them about it they said they would be there that day and it didnt get fixed til the next friday. Plus the lights on the walls in the bath room fall off of the wall. The management changed while I lived here and the said they were going to replace all the balconies but there replace is put some new paint and top railing on where all the sharp part of the nails were sticking in toward the apartment and it took them like 2 weeks to come and hammer them down so no-one would get hurt. Oh and if you like being out side at night to go on a walk or even take your dog out it isnt worth it because it isnt a very well lit place at night they started a thing where is you turned on your out side light at night you will get $50 off but they never had anybody win even thought ours was on all the time and needed to be changed like every 3 weeks and plus no one else did it. The size of the apartments aren't bad. Oh and every streat almost has the same address and you will get other peoples mail and they will get yours. My brother had sent me a birthday card with a $50 gift card in it and i never recieved it i dont know if it was a postal screw up or the post man just wasnt paying attention.

There really needs to be assigned aprking spots for residents so they can actually park close to their buildings...Especially when you have kids or groceries. There should be designated "Visitor" parking spots since people dont have the courtesy to ask their friends to park doew a few spots.
