Greetings once again... In reference to "I was appalled," I must apologize that you had to experience that awful showing. Fox Club's policy is to inspect the apartments after our Service Department has "turned" the apartment for the next resident. Before a resident moves-in the apartment should be freshened and reinspected to be sure no one experience an unfavorable condition...it was clearly an oversight that will be rectified going forward.
As for "R U Serious"... 1. We have talked, but I guess this review was posted before we talked, as you seemed complacent with my resolution to the situation (upon your initial contact to Management) and the time line for the extending circumstances. Please note, Multi-Family housing is subject to many types of inspections...one in which is by the insurance provider; it's unlikely they are going to allow a rotting balcony pass inspection that may (as you state) potentially "fall on your kids." 2. To anyone considering not paying rent because of poor maintenance, that is the ABSOLUTE wrong idea. Most Judges will laugh you out of the court room because most non-payers use this same excuse; it will get you no where. There is a proper way to hold rent payments for maintenance; but goodness, don t take it upon yourself to simply not pay.
In response to the last review... 1. The property is 30-years old; it is not new and takes plenty of effort and funds to preserve an asset of this age. If Fox Club were compared with other communities built within the same period, one would find Fox Club to be above the average. Simply if your taste is for a NEW apartment Fox Club is NOT for you, if you want ABOVE AVERAGE and AFFORDABLE, the stop in and visit with Fox Club. 2. Please tell me when my staff ever insinuated that 24hr "safety patrols" were going to take place. Remember you live in Indiana's largest metropolitan area...crime will happen. I urge you to review the public records kept by the Metropolitan Police Department. If you find that Fox Club is the only address that has vehicle break-ins, please contact me directly. I will in turn meet with each community manager that has not experienced crime and learn how I can deter crime in the future. (Truth be known, I have helped lead this coalition as an exemplified community.) I would encourage a redirection of your efforts to the Mayor and/or City Councilmen for increased safety patrols.
Finally, I must bid you all farewell. After seven years living within Fox Club and six years working within this wonderful community, Greystone has asked that I extend my management efforts to another community with the Greystone portfolio. Another manager from within the company will take my place and continue to carry on the vision of Greystone for Fox Club. To future endeavors .

Just for one minute let's try the truth. You and Greystone are well aware of the extensive mold problems at Fox Club. Telling potential residents about the mold isn't part of the speech you have been programmed to give is it? If everybody who has mold reported it to the MCHD the inspectors would be there everyday. Greystone should be ashamed renting apartments that are a health hazard. If the inspectors looked behind cabinnets or cut open some walls they would shut you down. If Greystone doesn't have the money to maintain the apartments they should not be in business. I imagine you will be replaced by someone who has been programmed to lie as good as you, what an accomplishment, you have succeded in lying to people and putting their health at risk by not disclosing how dangerous it is to live in mold. Your parents should be proud!

You have to be programmed to lie to wrok at Fox Club or probably any Greystone property. If you can not lie good, then you will be fired....I have seen it happen time and time again.
