I haven't ever lived here, but recently I went to go look at an apartment at Fox Club. The clubhouse was nice and I was in hopes the apartments would be in the same tip top shape. Um no.....As I was walking to the apartment. I had to step over a huge pile of crap to get there. The apartment that was shown to me was awful. I couldn't believe it. The apartment smelled like death. It really did. The kitchen was dirty and horribly out dated. The carpet was stained! The walls needed to be painted because I could still see stains and such. The bathroom, good lord the bathroom, the sink was old/outdated/ and was chipping away. I opened the closet where the water heater was and you can see where repairs were half assed. And the balcony and a coffee can with cigarettes in it and all over the balcony. Also, old clothes were laying on the balcony. Why? I am not sure. I flat out told the person that I did not like the apartment. How could I lie? Anyone in their right mind would not live in that particular apartment. I dont know how the rest of the tenants apartments are, but my experience at Fox Club was short lived. I had never been so appalled like this. If you didnt have an apartment to show, simply state you dont, but dont show me an apartment that looked like a potential crime scene that no one had cleaned up after.
