I HAVE ONLY LIVED HERE FOR A FEW SHORT MONTHS THIS TIME,BUT I STAYED HERE LIKE 13YRS AGO AND IT WAS GREAT COMPARED TO NOW.....MY KITCHEN FLOODS ALL THE TIME,THE BALCONY ABOVE ME IS ROTTED....NOW WHAT IF THAT FALLS ON MY KIDS''''WHEN IT RAINS I CANT READ MY MAIL BECAUSE ITS SO WET!!!!THE WATER COMES IN MY FRONT DOOR,MY WINDOWS LEAK!!!!!MY SINK STILL DRIPS WATER,UNDERNEATH MY KITCHEN SINK IS ROTTED!!! ALL THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE STAFF ABOUT 3 OR 4 MONTHS AGO...STILL NOT FIXED!!!AND NOW I REFUSE TO PAY MY RENT TILL IT IS FIXED AND I GET TO GO TO COURT!!!!THEY WOULD RATHER MAKE SOMEONE GET OUT. THEN WORK WITH THE PEOPLE THAT PAY THIER RENT!!!!SO NOW I GET TO GO TO COURT....WOOOHOO BUT THATS OK I HAVE PICS AND PEOPLE SO IM READY.....EVEN IF I DO LOSE ITS WORTH A SHOT.....I DONT THINK THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO TREAT THIER PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!!!!

I'm sorry to hear things have not changed at Fox Club. I lived in 2 different apartments there and they were both full of mold. Management will down play it but they are well aware of how extensive the problem is. Don't waste your time reporting it to the liars who run the place. Report it to the MCHD and Bill Guessford, you can find him through the Greystone website. Take pictures and document everything. Move out if you can, they will let you out of your lease if you force the issue. GOOD LUCK!

I HAD THE EXACT SAME PROBLEMS THE COMPANY IS A JOKE WHEN I MOVED OUT NOTHING EVER DID GET FIXED GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR COURT CASE I HOPE YOU STICK IT TO THEM BUT GOOD
