I know many people only get on here to complain and I am sorry but I am going to be one of them.
Trouble started when we were moving into our apartment. They put is in the very back of the apartment complex in a building that has no parking directly in front of it and you must walk along a wooded fence. When we asked to be moved to another, we ended up in one that a fire had recently damaged.
Maintence was always an issue. We experienced power outages in half of our apartment frequently and called the office several times to get it fixed. They would send someone out who would say it had been fixed and then it would happen again. Finally we told them that they would either either have to send someone out or we would hire someone and send them the bill.
Lighting is terrible in the parking areas. Half of the lights seem to always be out. I never felt safe walking into my apartment at night.
The management seems to be lacking and the complex is old and in need of serious renovations. While these apartments might be cheap for the space, they are not worth the money at all! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I actually watched when that apartment caught on fire. Fox Club was very cool when we moved in...However with the revolving door of management transferring, getting fired, etc, the property has gone down hill. We moved when it started turning ghetto not-so-fabulous. The way it is now, I would not go back. If you want "southside," move further towards Greenwood for nicer places to stay.

I was there when the fires happened too. I have never seen people so disrespected in my life. Management spent time in there little clique, NEVER once asking the people if they were ok or needed anything. SOme of us bystanders talked with the people that had lost everything while management stood in there little circle laughing and cutting up. Image how it made those poor people feel who were witnessing their stuff being burned and ruined by water, everything the owned. They (maintenance and management) have no hearts, no respect, and NO regards to the people who pay to live in these horribly ran apartments.
