- When it rains, water rushes in under the front door.
- The balcony is in a shameful state of repair, paint chips flaking everywhere (a big concern if you have a baby, which I do, and you track them into apartment).
- The screen on the patio door is incredibly flimsy and is blown off track by the wind weekly. As well, there are large gaps between the screen door and the frame which are found appealing to wasps.
- The window in my bedroom doesn't lock.
- The water facet in the bathroom leaks.
- There are cigarette burns on the 70's style yellow bathtub and sink.
- When the heat or air comes on, there's a lovely smell of stale cigarettes.
- The fan setting on our thermostat doesn't work.
- It's basicly on top of the interstate, so the apartment is far from quiet.
- I've seen stray dogs on a number of occasions, also a concern if you have a small child.
- There are potholes EVERYWHERE!
- Our downstairs neighbors are constantly throwing loud parties throughout the week that often end slightly before the sun comes up.
- There are always children running around in the streets yelling obscenities.
- Extremely drafty in the winter and impossible to cool in the heat; and as a result, our electric bill is often twice as much as they said it would be when we signed our lease.
- I've had to call multiple times concerning maintenance issues before getting a call back; if I do get a call back and they don't just show up without giving me a heads up.

Awful. Don't live here.

I've lived here for five (5) years and any problem I've had has been dealt with quickly. I've seen them out patching the potholes. You could buy out your lease and move it you aren't happy there. Just a thought.

We just moved in here about a month ago and we love it. We've never had a problem with the maintenance people. We've had them out several times, and they always fix the problem before they leave, if they can't fix it then, then they go and pick up whatever they need and come back to fix it that day. They are great. Also the management is great too. They are patching the potholes, so they aren't really a problem anymore. I personally have never seen any stray dogs. And we hardly have any kids living near us, and those that do are pretty well behaved. Also, we live right next to the interstate as well and you can barely hear the cars.

Thats complete --------. If they do not have the things to fix it then it is ordered and maybe come back when the parts come in
