I know what your thinking, damn a 2 bedroom 1 bath is 1100 square feet is 600 dollars. Theres a reason why this apartment is cheap. Ok where do I start, ummm, maybe the simple fact that these apartments are roughly 50 years old. It doesn t take a genius to figure out that when your moving into a place of that age, your bound to run into a handful of problems, but our problems were beyond a handful. Ok why don t I take u through a tour of this apartment, on through the front door we go, oh wait the front door is jammed, oh just a few wiggles and one good kick and u should pry it open, oh no big deal, it happens EVERYTIME I go to open the door. Oh look how cute a little ant farm just inside the place, I know I know, I have a weather seal on the door in which took maintenance a good 2 months to put that on, after the previous one they put on fell right off. So how are the ants still making their way in??? It just boggles my mind. Ok time to head up the carpeted stairs that never stay clean so we can head to the living room. To my right there is a coat closet in which the bottom curves upward at a 45 degree angle. Good luck setting something at the bottom. I d have to say the kitchen is the worst part of these apartments. I couldn t help but notice the numerous coatings of paint on the kitchen counters and cabinets that stain very easily. If you don t attend to a spill that very second, be prepared for a stained counter, oh and don t even bother trying to scrub the counters, as you will find you scrub pad to turn yellow with all the paint caked up onto it. Lets not forget the dishwasher, it blocks a drawer and a cabinet from opening unless you have the dishwasher door at a down position, what kind of ---- is that. Oh and the pantry door, doesn t even shut all the way. The apartment has washer and dryer hookups ..IN THE KITCHEN, yeah your read that right, the kitchen. We have had to put in 2 maintenance calls for the garbage disposal. I know what your thinking, damn that s a lot, and that s just the KITCHEN. Just when u think the several coatings of paint ended in the kitchen .WRONG!! they did the same thing with one of the bathrooms, coatings and coatings of chipped paint and you think it stops there hahaha, nope, wrong again!! Its on the outdoor patio too, chipped paint ever where on that spacious 4X6 foot patio that doesn t have any overhang to get all nice and dirty for me. As I begin to walk through the living room I begin to see a large crack from one end of the ceiling to another that is covered up with caulk. That s right, when we put in a maintenance call that was their solution. Ok excuse me while I get a quick shave in, oh no, the sink won t clog up for me to put hot water in, I swear I put a maintenance call for this sink umm I don t know 2 MONTHS ago!!!! Lets just take a look at one of the bedrooms, oh as I look up at the ceiling a nice big 2X2 foot brown stain on the ceiling. Could that be mildew?? Oh maintenance came by and says it was just an old leak from years back, and wiped it down, only to have it show right back up again. Oh I hear rain, get ready for the water to start rushing in from under the front door. I know what your thinking people, some of these problems could be easily fixed by maintenance, but I can t even begin to describe how ------ maintenance is in this place, they take a good week, 2 weeks to respond to a maintenance call, and when they do, what time do they show up, 9 A.M. in the damn morning!!!!!!!! For all the people out there reading this, please do me a favor, don t waste your time with these apartments, go with someone whos apartments are fairly new, and guarantee same day maintenance like the ones we are moving to. We move out in 6 days, but those are going to be the longest 6 days of my life.

I am a wittness to all of this. I am just a friend and trust me... all of this is true. I live in what I thought were cheap apartments and compared to these apartments... mine are so much better. The outside of these look good but other than that... nothing good can be said about the inside. Take the advice... don't waste your time or money. Good luck.
