ONE OF THE WORST APARTMENTS TO LIVE IN ON THE WEST SIDE! Just call them MONEY HUNGRY SLUM LAND OF THE NOT GETTING TAKEN CARE OF. I moved out but I have lived there twice since 2000. They never have enough maintenance staff. The new office staff they have there now are very rude and barely any manners, unless you have just caught them on a bad day. Never the less unprofessional. One day a my hot water was off and they let me go 3 to days with just cold water. Yes I have kids. The staff they have there now they were very nice to everyone when they told the tenants that they under new ownership and that they would be going to income-based housing. After that ship sailed in was down hill with the new office staff. They don't return phone calls. If the manager gets messages she will dumbfoundly say she did not get it. There are some many bad things I could say about this apartment complex but I really don't have time to get my book published! While in the process of moving out with my last rent payment I gave them a months notice that I was moving out. (It really did not matter I had to move out because my lease was about to end and I made to much to stay there.) I put the check and notice in a envelope and dropped it in there drop box. As soon as I got to work I called to make sure they got the envelope,they CONFIRMED with me that they did have the envelope. Before I left I returned the keys and checked on getting my deposit back. They just told me they have about 45 days to get it to me. So weeks and days went by. I was calling and calling. No returned phone calls from the manager. Finally I called one day and she answered. I had a coversation with her about my deposit. She just gave me some silly answer. "Oh! we still need to check the apartment to make sure there is no damage"! So I waited for a couple more weeks. By that time it was well over 45 day or how ever long they had to get me the deposit. Through pointless phone calls, she would not tell me over the phone what the problem was about me getting my deposit. I was not until I had to contact the BBB that she told me over the phone why I was not getting my deposit back. Well the reason they said I did not get my deposit back they say is because "I DID NOT GIVE THEM A MONTHS NOTICE"! Now if you read a little bit further back I did give them a months notice and they comfirmed with me that they had it. So I was out about 3 to $400 because of there careless mistakes! Do not rent from this apartment complex!

I DONT HAVE IT AS BAD AS THIS PREVIOUS RESIDENT- BUT ONE THING WE DO HAVE IN COMMON IS FEELING TERRIBLY ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS! HORRIBLE! LETS STARTS WITH THE GLASS ON THE ROADS IN APARTMENTS- AS SOON AS YOU PULL INTO THE APARTMENTS YOU WILL SEE GLASS ON THE ROAD, YOU WONT SEE GLASS BY THE OFFICE BEACUSE THEY CLEAN INFRONT OF THERE TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE ITS A NICE PLACE TO LIVE, TRASH IN THE MORNINGS IS TERRIBLE- IT COULD BE BECAUSE OF RESIDENTS BUT WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE IS THE OFFICE LETTING STAY THERE IF EVERY MORNING WE HAVE PILES OF TRASH EVERYWHERE! THE OFFICE STAFF VERY RUDE!!! THE NEW MANAGER JOAN- WHAT WERE THEY THINKING WHEN THEY HIRED HER! EVERYTIME I WALK INTO THE OFFICE SHE IS SITTING IN HER CHAIR EATING!! SHE IS NOT A GOOD ADDITION TO THIS COMPLEX THATS IN A NEED OF BEING BETTER! WHEN I MOVED IN A YEAR AGO, MY APARTMENT WAS CLEAN I MUST ADMIT BUT AFTER THAT EVERYTHING HAS GONE DOWN HILL!

I have lived here for 3 years, and the new manager is cool wit me. She gets stuff done, better than The other women in the office, Amy and marilyn sucked. Tha nnew lady named Joan , got them out. I have a issue with the low class people in here. Section 8 is a joke. They don't work, and they the reason its dirty. Them ladies Amy and Marilyn are just as bad, Amy shooting in here with her boyfriend and Marilyn smokes dope with the residents. It is rough, what do u expect we live in the Ghetto. If you like me, move like I am doing. Tired of the Ghetto people and the ghetto neighbors.......
