Garden Arch apartments are cute. Yet, there are several downsides to living here. First and foremost, maintenance are generally ok at returning calls. However, the office staff is terrible at returning phone calls. It can take weeks to hear back from them. The apartments are very drafty in the winter, and gas prices can be quite high. There have been several instances where garbage has been overflowing in the dumpster, and it has not been removed for several days. On a recent Friday night, the fire alarm outside one of the buildings went off from 7:30 p.m. until 11:30 p.m. before it was shut off. Oftentimes, the gate is left open and I have had random people knocking on my door. For the price, it is not worth it.
