I was lucki enough to get an apartment with a view of the canals and downtown. It's grgeous all year long and in the summer, great people watching, close access to the canals and all they have to offer.
The maintenance folks come quickly when there's a problem. There's an off-duty IPD officer around when you need him.
Parking is a problem - my only complaint. They try to work on the issue, but... I park on the curb if I come home after 8 PM :(
I've lived in lots of apartments and I plan on staying here for a long time :) 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
