We really like our apartment for the space, for the new and great appliances, for the beautiful grounds and for being close to the med school. However, we had a lot of problems with the staff when we were trying to move in. They "lost" our application, they didn't return out calls, and they made promises they didn't keep. Our rent keeps going up but services keeping going down.

Some problems: They promised a weight room, but never built it. They promised security cameras, but they don't even work. They promised on-site security guard, I have NEVER seen him and cars are constantly broken into (including ours). There are pools but they never seem to be functioning. THEY DO NOT ENFORCE RESIDENT PARKING!! They give out permits, but no one ever checks them. Broken down cars that don't run sit in the parking lot idefinately. One main problems is the owner seems to be totally unaccomidating. Residents requested bike racks or bike lockers and they said they were "tacky" so residents keep their bikes in their apartments!!

It's the best place in town if you want to be close to campus and want a big beautiful apartment. However, I would look for a better management company before signing a lease here.
