If you can afford a grand a month and want a nice quiet apartment and dont mind having nowhere to park, this is a great apartment. Very modern, really nice and clean, nicely built apartment. The extras are the best, such as nice flora and gardens, plus an beautiful pool and view of the canal. Great for working adults and really close to IUPUI.
