I lived in this complex for over a year, and I couldn't wait for my lease to end. First of all, parking is an absolute joke. If you are lucky enough to find a spot, be careful, because my car was broken into 3 times while I lived there. Also, they say there is a courtesy officer on site, and although a car is parked, I never saw the officer once, not even when my car was broken into. I of course asked for increased help for this problem, and all the management did was put a flyer on everyone's door saying "make sure to lock up your car and remove your valuables."

Another aspect to consider is that the staff are extremely rude. On one occassion, the attendant lost my rent check, leading to a manager calling and threaten to evict me if I didn't pay. After notifying them that I did indeed pay my rent and they lost it, I did not even receive an apology. We had to call three times to have our thermostat fixed, waiting a week, yet they lose a rent check (within the grace period mind you) and they threaten to evict.
