Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Air conditioning in your bedroom - drips all night and you can hear neighbors drip into yours.
ALWAYS hot in apartments. 80 in winter and 90 in summer.
Parking ok.
Location is key.
I can hear my neighbors kids run around and jump ALL the time.
The staff doesn't care that you have rented from them for a year. If you want to move apts (to a 2bed) then you have to put a new security deposit down and get on the waiting list. No incentives for staying. The girl basically told us its a privilege to live here.
