We wanted to move the day after we moved in. Can you imagine not being able to step off of the sidewalk without stepping into dog waste. It's so bad you can smell it with every step as you are walking. The dog crap is everywhere here and noone cleans it up. When we had 2 icy days there was suddenly dog feces on even the sidewalk. They don't seem to even make people clean it up. The walls are hollow. We listened to our neighbors whisper. You hear everything, especially the very loud creaking. When the neighbors walk up their stairs it sounded the same as someone walking up our stairs. That can be relaxing when you are trying to fall asleep. The parking is sometimes scarce and I seen what happens to cars parked on Shelby. None of the neighbors seemed friendly at all. A rather cold atmosphere among tenants. There is always creapy, intimidating looking people walking around. This goes well with the lack of security lights when you walk to and from your car. Think twice before you settle in at this place
