Ive lived here for a few months and I still like it. I get worried when I come home because I dont know if there will be any spaces left. However, that hasnt happened yet. I guess there is just enough space for all of us. The community is clean and everything works in my apartment. WHICH IS GREAT TO SAY!!! Especially after coming from the apartments I used to live at. I pay the same amount of rent but at least everything works!! I had a small issue but maintenance was over the same day and TA DA- all is still good! So far not too bad. I love the fact that Im just minutes from metropolis and there is a 24-hour Super Kmart seconds away. I was really burned by my last complex- terrible service and I really feel like stress has been lifted off my shoulders since Ive moved here. Im very happy and would and will recommend this community to my friends k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I have lived at this complex for almost a year I have had so many problems with maintenance getting things fixed in a timely manor it always seems to take them forever to getting around to getting everything done. My downstairs bathroom ceiling collapsed due to my upstairs toilet continually over flowing and while I was at work one day my son called and told me it had collapsed and then I called the office it took them a month and a half to get my bathroom completely repaired. Now I am having water heater issues and my water is not staying hot long enough to even fill up the bathtub so I called to let them know and all the maintenance man told us is that the water had been turned down so all they did was turn it back up well then my youngest daughter and I went to take a bath and the tub didn't even get a third of the way full and it became ice cold so I had my teenage daughter heat water on the stove to bring up and put in the tub so we could get our bath. Plus there was water standing in my kitchen and downstairs bathroom from where they turned the water heater up. Called the office the following morning to complain about the water heater once again and was told they would send someone out that afternoon once again they turned it back up and said that it probably wasn't going to last much longer and they would be out on Tuesday with a new water heater to have the Kitchen table and chairs moved out of their way so they could get it change. Now this will make it more than a week we have to go without having hot water to take baths and that also means we will have to seek others for use of their facilities due to the neglect of our maintenance men. So far it is Monday the day before they are to replace the water heater we'll see if it gets changed. It takes them so long to do work around there and I am at a point I would rather move then stay in that apartment any longer but I will fulfill my lease but I would never recommend this place to anyone. Plus where the water heater is located there is markings on the wall from where the water has sat up against it plus it looks like there is mold growing. I have been so miserable living here and my kids feel unsafe riding the bus to the high school due to kids wanting to fight constantly
