I lived there a couple of years ago and I disagree with people talking bad about it. I always have my work orders completed right away with no problem with the maintenance and I liked they keep the pool open for a long time and what they do on their own time is their business, they aren't bothering anyone else. My overall experiance was good and the managers and owners have always been friendly not to mention they have the best resident parties.
