So far so good. We moved from the so-called 'desirable' castleton area paying a LOT more rent. What a joke. We received a lot less service and value with daily bumper to bumper traffic thrown in for good measure. Harbour Pointe has offered several months of peace and quiet. People come and go tending to their own affairs. A convenient location, minutes from downtown. Apartments are old school but have some personality. Maintenance issues addressed immediately. Well lit parking area and carports. Staff is professional, pleasant and helpful. Mostly grown folks with a nice mix of children to give a family atmosphere. Lovely club house and fitness center. One could do a WHOLE LOT worse in this city. Excellent value for the price. Overall, no complaints. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
