Harbour pointe is a nice compromise between living in downtown and the Castleton area. Some of the neighbors are kind of rude, and parking is an issue, but it is fairly quiet and I feel relatively safe. The office staff is fine to work with. The insides are pretty old and there are some plumbing issues, but maintenance has been out a couple of times with good results. Not a bad place, but I would hesitate to recommend it for long-term renters.
