These apartments may not be fancy, immaculate or brand new, but if you want a resonable priced apartment with washer and dryer, all utilities included except electric....this is the place for you! I use to live downtown and after living here I will never live downtown again! The area is safe, quite, and friendly! Although it's pretty pricey if you have a pet....because they will charge you a $200.00 non-refundable deposit and an extra $25.00 a month on top of your rent! With this being said, that is the only downfall I could find in these apartments!

"fancy, immaculate or brand new" So, in other words, if you want to live in a place that is old, dirty, and has no amenities, this is the place for you! This place is a dump! And anyone who feels safe in that complex needs to go their local police office and run the crime log reports. That place is fast approaching bligh status.
