I was searching for apartments on-line with a friend who will be moving to Indianapolis, IN in a couple of weeks. I was very surprised to find a negative comment about the Harness Factory on this website. I have lived in Indy for two years and have never thought about living anywhere but the Harness factory. It is across the street from the Pacer games, above one of the best bars in town, and overall filled with fun and outgoing young professionals. I don't know about the guy from the 7th floor, but I've never experienced a problem.

i lived on the 7th floor for a year and had a horrible experience. Ceiling was leaking from people walking on the roof. Wasn't fixed for over 6 months. Melting snow and rain in your living room is not cool. And people puking in the elevators and hallways is really not cool. This place is a dump.
