under new ownership, and seems like they are working in the right direction. older apartments that haven't been kept up quite as they should. big problems with parking, and street conditions, but there are large, cheap apartments especially the townhomes. had my car broken into. was given carports when my roommate and i debated leaving after our first year lease was up. problems with the washer/dryer units (almost endlessly), and other tenant neglect and vandalism. loud docking area for trucks on the back side of the townhomes. makes for weird noises sometimes all night. all in all- good location next to 37 and off of 62nd and met our needs for the time being. our needs have changed.
