	under new ownership, and seems like they are working in the right direction. older apartments that haven't been kept up quite as they should. big problems with parking, and street conditions, but there are large, cheap apartments especially the townhomes. ... more

	The free heat brought us here. The townhomes are big for the price. The pool isn´t that great and parking is somewhat hard to find at times. Had things/ items that were stolen
