Hickory Place Apartments

Pleasant place to live. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Just this week I was in the leasing office and one of the leasing agents told me about this web site. Out of curiosity I went ahead and deceided to check out the site. I am really surprised to read some of the other comments. My experience going into the leasing office has always been good. I am greeted with a smile and are friendly. Any maintenance request called in are responed in a 24 to 48 hour time period. When I first moved-in I must admit that I had some maintenance concerns. I called the manager to let her know what kind of maintenance issues I had going on in my apartment. The manager listen to what I had to say and seemed to really want to take care my issues immediately. I had results in 24 hours with a follow up call. Since then I have only had good experiences with getting any maintenance work done in a timely manner. Bottom line is I would refer a friend to here, so I would refer this apartment community to you.
