Absolutely horrible

They were running a halfway house in my apartment building, full of "recovering" drug and alcohol addicts. Naturally, they did not mention this when I rented the apartment.
The random people moving in and out made me very uncomfortable. You never knew what was going on and it made me fear for my safety.
Maintainence is a joke. I had a broken toilet the day I moved in, and it was still broken the day I left. I also had a broken shower the day I moved in and the story is the same.
The laundry facilities were outside the building, so I had to climb a bunch of stairs that they did not shovel or salt in the winter just to get my laundry done. And often, it smelled as if someone had used the room for a toilet.
The other residents were loud and disrespectful. It was not uncommon to hear catcalls every morning as I left for work, with my young daughter walking along with me.
They never cleaned the buildings, and the grounds were often a mess.
I would recommend you go anywhere else but this place. It was truly a nightmare and I was so glad to finally get out of there.
And I pay almost a hundred dollars less where I am now and it's much much nicer.
