This was my first choice when looking for an apartment because of location.

However;

I made an appointment for Saturday morning and when I arrived I was told that it was the persons day off that I had made the appointment with and that I might want to go look around at other communities and come back later and perhaps the person there ?may have time for me?.

Forget that, with the disdainful looks and attitude we received when we walked through the door, why would I bother.

I took her advice and went to Columns of Castleton and have been happy there ever since.

If you want to get people to move in, you may want to take the time to keep appointments, treat them with respect and not suggest that they go elsewhere to look for an apartment.

I rated them on a 1 for everything because I figured that the staff would reflect the way things are ran and how well they are kept up.
