Eveyone was very nice, and this was before they last changed management. We enjoyed the apt at first. our view was a nice wooded area, the rooms were a nice size and we felt quite comfortable. we had a severe leak which flooded our entire living room and kitchen. that took almost two week to fix. then we had another leak in the bathroom. we discovered the leak when i found a large patch of mushrooms growing in our closet. they refuse to let us move, despite the obvious health hazard. all we wanted was a different apartment in the same community. that leak and mold problem took over a month to fix and was not fixed until we called the health department. after we called them, the complex still tried to cut corners by putting kilz over the moldy drywall and would not replace the carpet until they were forced to by the health department. i have to say, that if it were not for these two issues, we would have loved our apartment. they just do not fix things-even serious concerns
