I lived here a few years and for an apartment it was not so bad. There are some loud kids occasionaly but they don't really cause too much trouble. If you can live in the front of the complex because it seems calmer.

My roommate and I are moving because we want a washer and dryer in our apartment and they don't have hook ups in their two bedrooms. We also were getting a little tired of all the new neighbors that seemed to move in and out all the time.

All in all, however, it was a decent place to live. For two girls we never really felt unsafe and all in all it's a good place to live if you are in college or looking for a cheap, and huge apartment on the north side.
