It seems that so many people jump to write when they are angry but have little to no clue as to what they are even reporting. I live here BY MYSELF on the 1st floor and although I watch my surroundings at all times I have had no issues while living here. The "rape" was a young girl who slept with a kid on her bus and was afraid she would get in trouble. The guys who held up the woman have been doing the same thing all over the city and were caught the very same day that they were here. READ public websites and learn about stuff before you run everyone through the mud. In regards to "hit and run"... well it happens even at the mall! Do you think that this country houses a bunch of great drivers anyway'' WOW! Drive around for a while and see for yourself. Not so much! According to the police report I found on line about the accidents reported there was NOTHING about a "drunk driver" and there were no arrests made... just a police report... so I doubt your info is valid or even close to correct. It seems as though people jump to conclusions while reacting to emotional decisions... allow logic and the Internet to do its job before posting crap like this.

For the first time I have an apartment that has enough space and is actually very nice. The longest I have had to wait on maintenance was 2 days for a minor repair. Maybe it's because I am not hateful and nasty to them. Don't forget, people do more for you if you are nice than if you are a jerk all the time.

I NEVER hear my neighbor and I think there are days where the property could use some work but usually is presentable. I am never embarrassed for company to come over and in fact I am proud of my home.

Give people some credit... and those of you so uneducated and uninformed... get to packin! I have some friends I'd like to refer and there is nothing avaialble at this time since this place is almost full.

Yes, there was a drunk driver - it was a member of the office staff - Marcus. This is common knowledge. I am moving at the end of my lease - maintenance requests are slow, office staff not responsible, but polite, and I am afraid to let me kids go out and play.
