Well me and my girl moved in about 3 months ago. Rent is reasonable and we live in a loft. All good for the first couple of weeks. Some things were supposed to get replaced once we went over the "inventory list". Still waiting on these items to get replaced. Recently we have developed a leak in the roof that has moved to the ceiling, now on to our bed where we sleep. It took several phone calls and several days to get a so called contractor out here to fix one of the many problems. Problem still not fixed and still have a wet bed, very frustrating. When it got down in the teens the other night, there was a breeze coming from a couple different places in the apartment because windows and doors were not sealed properly causing the furnace to run non stop.... cant wait to see that gas bill. Oh and the nice wood burning fire place filled the apartment up with smoke... and yes i did open the flue. i have had to make adjustments to doors myself so they could close (bathroom). And the last thing that has set me off is that fact that maintenance has know about my problems for about 2 weeks and have not rec'd a phone call back from them saying they are going to come out. Instead they show up today and knock once and come right on in when my girl is in the bathroom. not too cool and very upset actually. do not rent here. nobody cares if you have problem and all they tell you is that they dont have the budget to fix anything.
