I've been living at Hillcrest woods since 11/07, I haven't had any problems, with anyone, no matter where you live, you will have some noise, every once in a while there is a black truck full on teenagers that drive around making all kinds of noise, don't bother me, I won't bother them, I once too was a teenager, I feel safe in my apartment, the day I moved in I called maintenance because I didn't think my patio door locked he came right over, fixed the lock and added a bar so that my patio door will have three locks on it.... I LOVE MY HOME, I don't like the idea that we pay, light's, water, and gas, but oh well
