This place looks okay when you first come in. They show you a floor model, but you can't see the place your actually moving into until you get the keys. There is a REASON you can not see it. (They will tell you it's not ready yet until the day you move in.) When I moved it the condition of the place was bad. I thought I would give it a chance. (Been here 6 months now.)

The ProsClose to 465 and 69...it's location is great for me. Well, I'm still trying to think of other pros actually.

The ConsIf you have a decent car (mine's only 98 olds cutlass!) guess people get offended here because they will key it, throw soda on it and random kids with metal on their jeans will sit or stand on your car. Fun, huh' One morning the car next to mine was on cinder blocks as someone stole it's rims/tires!!!! Kids roam around and are VERY load, keep you up at night while you have to be up early in the AM. One of my balconey doors has yet to shut all the way, was fun in the winter seeing that it's off my bedroom. Bugs are forever swarming. They've told me for 2 months I'm getting a new door. Heavan help you if you slip on the balconey because you will go over the edge, the railing is not on well. The wood at the base of it has rotted. The carpet is so stained (the padding underneath) that no amount of cleaning can get out.

There is so much bad stuff about this place that I'd have to write you a book about it. Let me break it down.

No Security
Trashy, dirty
No assistance with basic needs
Maintance issues are never entered
Kids on scooters/mopeds almost hit cars, people (the kids are no older than 12!)
Vandalism
Random cars get keyed, hit
Roaming kids at ALL hours
Cars flying through at high speeds
Halls smell like pot and other possible drugs
Buildings are 40 years old and NOTHING has been refurbished since then

There is more, but I don't have the time to write them. I got to find out when I'm getting my sink and balconey door fixed and when they are going to come spray for bugs and find out if they are EVER going to replace the 30 year old carpet in my apartment. I do this almost everyday. Hope this helps you to RUN THE HECK AWAY!!!!!! If you love your family you will not come here, it's THAT bad.
