Going down fast

Have lived here since 2001 and it gets worse with each new manager and owner. This new owner (last year) does not put any $$$ into fixing things. Windows leak, roof leaks, plumbing is ancient and breaks repeatedly, dog poop lying around all over, kids running around most of night, traffic racing through, vandalism, have been broken into twice, no security or police monitoring or if there is it is invisible. THis is a drug dealers paradise. Cars get vandalized, gasoline is stolen. When we moved in the heat was included. Not only do we have to pay for it now but the rent also increased. This place ought to be torn down. The new managment on site tries hard but can not make the place better without $$ support from the owners.
THIS PLACE IS A SIGHT FOR SORE EYES. Check out the burnt building and the asbestos flying thrugh the air.
