Don't sign here....This is the worst place to live. It isn't safe for small children or children that don't get into trouble on a daily basis. I have lived here too long, my children DO NOT go outside to play. Between that and the guy who lives below us doing American Idol every night from 10pm-4am at the top of his lungs! Then you have 11 people, not a typo 11 people in one apartment that like to have knock out, drag out fights around the same time. You can forget sleeping. Some say call the office....well you can forget that....they don't care.

Don't warm up your car in the morning.....you don't even have to leave it....you can stand there and watch some kid jump right into and steal it. Can't call the cops, they don't care, because it is Hillcrest Woods, and they are here enough....they can't be bothered with anything.

It's sounds good, and the apartments you get to see look good. It's a hoax. It isn't real...and if you sign a lease you will regret in a week.

For your safety, sanity, and most of all for your family....Find someplace else to live.
