I have been here over two years and this place is deteriorating Fast!! The property is unsafe. The buildings structurally unsafe. The environment is unsafe. The management posts bulletins in the buildings about this. Example (just one out of Many), at Halloween they posted bulletins saying do not take your children trick or treating because of the crime in the neborhood.Just two weeks ago the Management posted bulletins in all the buildings that say in so many words do not expect to get your work orders done in a timely manner and watch out for the snow and ice while on the property. The manager that was here when I moved in, Kathy Gooch was starting to make a difference here and getting the property in order and all of a sudden she quit. Because of the management company Arlington Properties ( in Birmingham Al.) I was told. She was the Best Manager this place had in years! My vehicle was damaged twice over the summer by teenagers that run ramped through the community. The Police are called on a weekly basis. I know this to be true because I know a policeman who lives on the property and I also know a security Co. officer that patrols here. Please be aware this is not the place to Live or Visit!! I was told by one of the maintence men that the City of Indianapolis called out the Board of Health concerning the burned out building that people are Still living in half of. I am gone as soon as my lease is up!

i would not suggest you even LOOKING at moving in here! this place is the biggest dump i've ever seen! yes, there is mold growing in one half of the burnt building & the management company allowed residents to stay in the other side.... think about it. mold is slowly growing into the other side of the building. im sure all of the residents on the side are getting sick more often bc they are being exposed to mold. im surprised the board of health hasn't closed this down. also, the crime rate is unbelievable!!! there are constant runs out to the property bc of robbery, gang problems & drug dealing. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE OF GETTING INTO THIS MESS!!!

Contact the Marion County Health dept 317.221.2010 in regards to anything you can. Take as many pix as possible, keep a ledger of the times you make maintenance request, you might even want to fax them. Build youself a case, & take them to small claims court. Or you can contact the people who actually own the property www.arlingtonproperties.net. Call the fire marshall in regards to the burning buildings
