The second worst decision I have every made in my life was to originally sign here, the worst decision was to renew my lease. I hadn't really seen any problems, just heard about a few and I liked the size and price of the apartment while I was saving for a downpayment, so I signed for another 12 months. 6 months into this lease and someone broke into my apartment through the sliding door looking out to the woderful wooded views that I had to pay extra for. So while I am here with no tv, I tried to see if a burglary was a good enough reason to break a lease. evidently it is not. they said I still have to pay an extra month's rent to move out. All the negative things you hear about this place are true. There is NO reason to move here. Don't let the floorplan and what they show you fool you, this is not a safe place to live. I would even say there has to be something wrong with you to want to live here after reading these reviews. I thought some of the reviews were an exageration, but they are not. Believe everything negative and nothing positive.

I dont live there anymore...thank God! I just heard on the news that the husband and wife team that were mugging kids at there bus stops and pistol whipped a boy lived at Hillcrest Woods and were arrested at Hillcrest Woods. I dont know what is going on there...it used to be such a nice place but it is going down fast! I wouldnt recomend it unless they did a clean up with managment. They need to find out who there residents are and get the bad ones out of there! Its out of control!
