I looked at the website and fell in love. I applied online. No one contacted me via email or phone to tell me they received the application. I called in after several days and they said they had not received it that it gets "stuck" sometimes. I gave it a few more days and called they said they hadn't found it due to the "many applicants". I had to threaten to come in before she "found it and was going through it". Several days later I had to call to check on the status to which she said had been denied and she would find a way to get it approved by the following monday. Monday came and went. Tuesday I called to check on the status and she was "processing it and reviewing it and would have an answer by the afternoon. Wednesday before closing I called once again and it had been denied. No one knew what I was talking about said it had been denied a long time ago and they had informed me of. Oh yeah I forgot before I applied online I called to ask about the credit app and she said I would be fine as long as there wasn't evictions. Otherwise I wouldn't have paid the $35 app fee. Horrible management and staff. Absolutely no communication skills or customer service.
