I lived there 5 years yes the postives are that they keep the ground up so what there is nothing for the teenagers to do but tear everything up. BESIDES... thats all for show! I noticed that others stated that they were sick while living there and for the record my family was too. the "Manager" is as sweet as candy to your face but is meerly a tenant that got the job by living there 10 years! now has her husband as grounds man HOW COZY! ,, cheap rent I suppose BUT your electric bill will tell another story the windows are junk and will not open alone and stand without a sick to hold them up the doors leak like crazy! the neighborhood has gone so down hill due to management again . after 5 years and the passing of my spouse I was forced to move. I left the apt clean and was told when i signed the lease I could pain any color UNTIL they charged me 800.00 for damages that I somehow occured blinds that cost 45 each cost 10 at walmart which is where they come so the paint I was charged for and replacemet of old cheap carpet with no wear and tear allowances the so called cool maintance guys offerd to take out a hutch so i wouldnt be charged for it and didnt so that was on my last bill . I will NEVER recomend Horizions to anyone and will discorage anyone who is thinking of moving into the dumps . price gouging a new widow and I left a very clean apartment ...you choose who you want to hand your money over to ,, I choose someone who really cares .
