Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
The shell and exterier look OK but once your inside it's another story. Maintenance is slow and IF they come the job is never done rite and they leave you to clean the mess. I have had plumbing problems from day 1 and after 14 months it's still not fixed. Went to express my conserns with management but they didnt 10 minutes to talk with me about things. Not until after they got a rental history request from another apartment complex and knew I was gonna move did they try to fix the problems but by then it was to late. Parking is bad but getting better due to people moving out. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!! DON'T GET SUCKED IN BY SLICK TALKING MANAGEMENT!!!!!
