Overall I dont think that its too bad of an apartment for beginners. Im young and this is my first apartment so I really havent experienced others. I know that I have saw better apartments, but I mean you get what you pay for. The rent is cheap and all you have to pay is electric. I mean I havent had to worry about anyone breaking into my car or anything. I leave my car unlocked all the time. I mean maybe I just got lucky because my neighbors are very friendly. We are like one big family... I would recommend it to someone who is struggling or just starting out on there own. I mean its low rent and not a ghetto area at all. The apartments are small...and they dont look like the model..but like i said before, you get what u pay for. you cant expect luxory when you are paying a cheap rent.

I just want to say this - everyone look at the apartments around. You can find MUCH better deals. The rent might be an extra ten to fifteen dollars, but you'll get an apartments 5 times nicer. Link to my review and to be honest, I need to edit it since I should have added more: http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/IN-Indianapolis-Horizo
