I really am not sure what the others were talking so negatively about... this is my second apartment here, I started in a two bedroom and due to increase family size transfered to a 4 bedroom... I LOVE IT!
Not only is this my 2nd apartment, but over the course of my fiance's life, he has lived in 5 different units in Horizons. He has never had a bad thing to say. Sure, they are old and need a little TLC, but if you call maintenance they are there the same day. Not to mention the ladies in the office are always pleasant. I work for another apartment community and know how hard it is to keep a smile when you have disgruntled tenants, and they do a great job insuring your happiness.
The grounds are nice, the pool is clean, the parking is fine, I even live right against 465 and now I do not even notice it... there are no complaints from me.
