The first thing that bothers me about this place is parking. Parking is very tight and if someone parks even a couple of inches off you will be banging doors with your neighbors. Another objection is that they have allowed two parking spaces for the three bedroom places. What if you have a visitor or have THREE people for a THREE bedroom apartment'

The inside is pretty old, but okay overall. You can notice that they just repaint the walls instead of actually stripping them then repainting them. Your gas bill in the winter will be high because they decided not to spend a little money to properly seal this place.
