You do get what you pay for and personally, the past four years have been great for our family. We orginally moved here for the school system and honestly - we never intended on staying so long. Like many other families, we always wanted the american dream, a house of our own. My wife and I both work and we our pooped when we get home. It is nice to leave the yard work and maintenance of our home to the professionals. Recently, we had no hot water - we called in a maintenance request and poof - it was fixed. I can ony imagine how long it would have taken to have something like this taken care of if we had to hit the yellow pages, not to mention the cost, headaches and the loss of sleep. It gives us more time to spend with our children. In years to come, they aren't going to remember if we were renting an apartment or owned our own home. They are going to remember the quality time we spent with THEM. I'm sure you could replace the value - but you would have to pay for it too!

You mentioned how quickly your hot water was fixed but never mentioned the fact of how the office staff treats you. Oh yea, funny for me to forget that you have to dial a 1-800 number to put a request in meaning the office has no time for you. You sound like either one of the office staff or a damn infomercial. Your statements are put on and sounds exactly like the sales gimmicks they pull in the office.....nice try Tami!! You are as fake as the ad that you posted! Pitiful, simply pethetic!
