I have lived here for a little over a year and can't image raising my children anywhere else. The school system is great. The maintance is awasome and the office staff is very pleasant concerning all they have to do.. The community is beautiful to look at and the pool is always very clean and cared for. I like it that I don't have to cut my own grass or take care of the up keep on my apartment, I leave it all up to them. And they do a great job. The lunch program is a great idea and helps single parents like me know that my kids are going to eat okay during the day while I'm at work trying to take care of them....They are always doing something to make improvements on the property, i.e. payment, parking, fitness center and many more things.
I can't image me living anywhere else and I feel blessed to have found this place. The price is very reasonable and if you watch what you do your bills are not that much. Have you seen how high gas bills are these days. OUCH...

A Great place to live.....

Looks like they're on a roll of congratulating themselves! Can you believe our electric bills, especially in the winter? OUCH!!! And the fitness center? I hardly think that sticking a half-functioning treadmill in the laundry facility counts as a fitness center.

Some people are not happy, unless they are miserable. Look for yourself. Spend some time here, talk to the office women, ask to see an apartment. We had never lived on this side of town before and knew very little. Before moving we actully shopped at the grocery store, went to the walgreens just down the street and even brought our children here on the weekend to play at the playground before we moved in. What we found then and what we have learned since, has only gotten better. No place is perfect, but its pretty darn close.
