We have lived in this complex for more than 6 yrs. and have had very few problems. While we have had our share of apartment living type problems- vandals, noisy neighbors, unattended children, parking, etc., all things concidered it has been a pleasing experience. We have never had a problem with office staff and although a few of the maintenence staff can be gruff at times, they're not bad guys.
We have a large dog, and this complex is very pet friendly. Unfortunatly, there is a wild cat problem, but with a wooded area both next to the property and across the street, there,s not a whole lot to be done about that. Animal control won't even come out on them.
With all that said, you get the most out of where you live when you yourself put the most into it. If you go into apatment living with the attitude that your just renting, why should you care, then that's pretty much what your going to get out of it. Why should anyone else care. Get to know your neighbors, talk to them at least. Know who belongs there and who doesn't and crime will decrease. Be considerate of your neighbors and they will return the kindness. It makes all the difference in the world. If you care others will, too.

obviously office people writing this, trying to talk to the people who live here. Animal control will always come out when individuals call. The office women claim that they wont' but they does

We have lived here for a few years as well and on occassion have seen a few stray cats. I think people moving out just leave them for whatever reason. If residents would not feed them, they will go somewhere else for food. I have personally seen maintenance men pick up food bowls and empty cat food cans left around bushes and porches. Last year we had a newspaper lady that was feeding the cats. You opened your front door to get the newspaper and there was a pile of cat food left too! No wonder the cats would not leave. We heard that one of the office women called and reported her. I think she was fired or something, we don't see her anymore.

The only person who is still living out to the apartments this long is Tami herself! There isn't anyone left that is stupid enough to stay out there that long anymore. Who in the hell would want their apartment or car broken into all the time??? How can you be considerate of your neighbors Tami when you and your office staff let trash move in? Background check???? What's that??? She can't even do a thorough check anymore because she pissed off the last sheriff she was getting them done for free from. Hey, Tami.......here is a question for ya......instead of wasting company's time by getting on here and stating your "lovely BS" why don't you focus on more important things like fixing repairs properly instead of saying you are broke all the time and asking the apartment community to donate money all of the damn time.......hey, here's a thought for ya....START MAKING REPAIRS AT THE POOL YOU DUMBASS!
